Along the way, we'll make stops to soak in panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes.

Day 2: Chefchaouen- the Roman ruins of Volubilis – Meknes – Fes

After immersing yourself in the charming alleyways of the blue city, Chefchaouen, the 5 days desert tour continues with a visit to the remarkable ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis. Recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Volubilis boasts impressive preservation, with beautiful mosaics sprinkled throughout the site, alongside ancient pillars and archways. Following our exploration of the ruins, we'll drive approximately 30 km to reach Meknes, one of Morocco's imperial cities. Here, we'll have the opportunity to visit notable landmarks such as Bab Al-Mansour, the Sahrij Souani basin, the Royal stables, the granary, and the Moulay Ismail Mausoleum. From there, we'll make our way to Fes, continuing our captivating journey.

Day 3: Fes – Ifrane - Midelt – Ziz valley – Merzouga Sahara

Heading south, our journey takes us through Imouzzer to the captivating city of Ifrane. Renowned for its chilly temperatures, snowy landscapes, and charming alpine-style architecture, it has earned the nickname "the Switzerland of Morocco." Continuing onwards, we make our way to the cedars forest, home to the playful Barbary macaques. Feel free to interact with them and feed them as you wander through the forest. Here, you'll switch to camels and embark on a memorable journey across the sandy dunes, pausing atop a high dune to marvel at the stunning sunset. We then continue to the camp, a harmonious blend of traditional nomadic tents and luxurious amenities. As night falls and the sky fills with stars, you can savor the enchanting atmosphere while enjoying Berber drum music and dancing around the campfire. Your accommodation for the night will be in this unique setting, providing an unforgettable experience.
