Itinerary

Day 1: Mohammed V Airport

Upon your arrival at Mohammed V airport, our team will be eagerly awaiting your arrival at the arrivals area. From there, we will promptly transfer you to your designated hotel, ensuring a smooth and comfortable journey.

You will have the opportunity to enjoy a delightful dinner at the hotel, followed by an overnight stay in the cozy and accommodating accommodations provided.

Day 2: Casablanca – Rabat

we will dedicate this day to exploring the largest and most significant city in Morocco and Africa, both in terms of economy and population. Our first stop will be the impressive Mosque Hassan II, one of the largest mosques in the world, soaring to a height of 200 meters. Notably, this is the only mosque in the country that welcomes non-Muslim tourists. You will have the opportunity to marvel at its grandeur and architectural splendor.

Following our visit to the mosque, we will make our way to Rabat, the official capital of Morocco and the second largest city. Situated at the mouth of the Bou Regreg River on the Atlantic Ocean, Rabat forms a conurbation with neighboring Temara and Salé, boasting a population of over 1.8 million people. Recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site, Rabat offers a captivating blend of old and new. As we explore the city, you will have the chance to discover its modern vibrancy alongside its rich historical and cultural attractions. Highlights include the Kasbahs of Oudaya, renowned for their picturesque charm, and the magnificent mausoleum of Mohamed V and Hassan II, which exude a sense of grandeur and reverence.

Day 3: Rabat – Meknes – Volubilis – Fes

our journey continues as we make our way to Meknes, a city of great historical significance and a popular tourist destination. Designated as a UNESCO World Heritage site, Meknes is renowned for its close association with Sultan Moulay Ismail, who played a pivotal role in the city's development. Notable attractions include the captivating Place Hedim, the fascinating Heri es-Souani granaries, the Meknes Royal Golf Course, the splendid Dar Jamai palace (now home to the Museum of Moroccan Arts), the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail, the underground prison known as Habs Qara, and the magnificent Medina of Meknes Mosque, among others.

Continuing our journey, we will drive to the mesmerizing Roman ruins of Volubilis. This archaeological complex has been recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site, and it offers a captivating glimpse into the ancient Roman civilization that once thrived in this region.

As the day draws to a close, we will head to Fes, where we will spend the night in a traditional Moroccan riad. You will have the opportunity to savor a delicious dinner and enjoy a comfortable overnight stay, surrounded by the authentic charm and hospitality of the riad.

Day 4: Fes-

On the fourth day of our journey, we will immerse ourselves in the rich history of Fes, the oldest imperial city in Morocco. This city, which served as the capital of Morocco until 1925, derives its modern Turkish name, Fas, from the original name of the capital city.

Fes boasts two ancient medinas, with the larger one known as Fes el Bali. This remarkable area has been designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is believed to be one of the largest car-free urban areas in the world. One of the notable landmarks within Fes el Bali is Al-Qarawiyyin, founded in AD 859 and recognized as the oldest continuously functioning madrasa (educational institution) in the world. Fes has earned the titles of the "Mecca of the West" and the "Athens of Africa" due to its cultural and intellectual prominence.

To gain a panoramic view of the city, we will visit the Merenid Tombs, situated on the edge of the valley. From this vantage point, you will be treated to a breathtaking overview of Fes. Additionally, the Boujeloud Gardens will offer a tranquil oasis, complete with an open-air café and numerous picturesque picnic spots.

After exploring the city and its remarkable attractions, we will return to our hotel. Here, you will enjoy a delicious dinner and spend a comfortable night in a traditional Moroccan riad.

Day 5: Fes – Ifrane – Midelt – Erfoud – Errachidia - Merzouga

our journey continues towards Ifrane, often referred to as the "Switzerland of Morocco." This charming town is located in the Middle Atlas region and is renowned for its ski resort. As we explore the area, we may also encounter various wildlife, including the endangered Barbary Macaque. The surrounding landscape is adorned with native Atlas cedar trees, Scrub oak, and the introduced London plane.

Continuing our route, we will venture through the scenic Ziz Valley, characterized by its stunning gorges. Along the way, we will pass through cities such as Midelt, known for its delicious apples, and Erfoud, famous for its fossil discoveries. Finally, we will reach Merzouga, where we will be accommodated in a hotel conveniently located near the towering sand dunes.

You will have the opportunity to indulge in a delectable dinner at the hotel and spend a restful night, preparing for the memorable experiences that await in the enchanting desert landscape.

Day 6: Merzouga - Oasis Tissardmine– Khamlia – Camp

we will embark on a 4x4 car tour to explore the mesmerizing desert surroundings. Our first stop will be the village of Tissardmine, where we will have the opportunity to observe fossils embedded in rocks. Continuing our journey, we will visit a nomadic family, where we will be warmly welcomed with a traditional tea ceremony. Immerse yourself in their way of life and learn about their customs and traditions.

Next, we will make our way to Khamlia, a village inhabited by people originally from Mali. Here, the locals specialize in artisanal crafts, and they are renowned for their captivating gnawa music performances. Experience the rhythmic beats and melodies of this traditional music firsthand.

After a short drive, we will reach our hotel in Merzouga. From there, we will embark on a camel caravan, traversing the sandy terrain to reach the base of the majestic dunes. Witness the breathtaking sunset over the desert, accompanied by local music and dance performances. As the night descends, prepare to be awed by the spectacular display of stars that blanket the desert sky.

Day 7: Merzouga – Rissani – Erfoud - Todra Gorges - Dades Gorges

we will make our way back towards civilization, continuing our tour in a 4x4 jeep. Our route will take us through Rissani, which has historical importance as Morocco's first imperial city and the birthplace of the Alaouite dynasty. One of the members of the royal family, Moulay Ali Cherif, is laid to rest here. Rissani is known for its bustling souk, where locals from surrounding villages gather to purchase various goods, including vegetables, clothing, and the city's renowned spices.

Next, we will proceed to Erfoud, a city famous for its fossil industry. Here, fossils are skillfully transformed into exquisite furniture, home decor items, and personal accessories such as bracelets, keychains, and necklaces.

Continuing our journey, we will arrive at Tinghir, the gateway to the magnificent Todra Gorges. This area is a haven for climbers and trekking enthusiasts, offering stunning mountain landscapes to explore.

Our final destination for the day will be Boumalne Dades, where we will check into a charming kasbah-style hotel. Here.

Day 8: Boumalne Dades – Ouarzazate - Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou – High Atlas Mountains – Marrakech

our journey continues towards the enchanting Roses Valley in K'laat M'Gouna. Here, we will immerse ourselves in the fragrant world of roses, as this region is known for its abundant rose production. The delicate petals of these roses are used to create perfumes, lotions, and oils, and we will have the opportunity to learn more about their cultivation and usage.

We will make our way to Ouarzazate, a city known for its significant solar energy project. This initiative aims to provide clean and renewable energy to approximately 1.1 million Moroccans by 2018, showcasing Morocco's commitment to sustainable development.

Before returning to Marrakech, we will make a stop at the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ait Benhaddou. This ancient fortified village, known as a Ksar, is still inhabited by locals who reside within its walls and the neighboring Berber villages. Ait Benhaddou has served as a backdrop for numerous films, including Gladiator, Game of Thrones, and Lawrence of Arabia, adding to its allure.

As we conclude our journey, we will head back to Marrakech, where you will have free time to explore the city and immerse yourself in its captivating beauty.

Day 9: Marrakech

This day will be dedicated to exploring the vibrant city of Marrakech, often referred to as the "Red City" due to its distinctive red-hued buildings. Known as one of the most popular tourist destinations in Morocco, Marrakech offers a feast for the senses with its captivating scents and vibrant colors.

Your day will begin early in the morning, embarking on a tour that will take you to various attractions. You will have the opportunity to visit beautiful gardens, explore stunning mosques, and admire majestic castles such as the renowned Bahia Castle. Additionally, you will have the chance to visit a historic Madrasa, an ancient Quranic school, and explore fascinating tombs.

As the day unfolds, you will find yourself in the heart of Marrakech, at the famous Jamaa el Fna Square. This bustling square is a vibrant hub of activity, filled with street performers, food vendors, and local artisans. Immerse yourself in the lively atmosphere and witness the rich culture and traditions of Marrakech.

Day 10: Marrakech - Essaouira

we will reach Essaouira in the Souss Valley. This is the only place where the argan tree grows, and it is from this tree that argan oil is harvested. The town is home to women's cooperatives that dominate the market for this renowned oil. The oil has been proven to have properties such as skin moisturizing and anti-aging effects. To explore another aspect of local craftsmanship, I recommend visiting Chbanate Street, which can be accessed from the Bab Marrakech bastion. Here, you will find weaving workshops that produce wool blankets in various colors, ranging from ecru to vibrant shades. Another must-visit location is Kasbah's Sqala, which used to serve as an artillery platform for the medina's maritime ramparts. From here, you can enjoy a remarkable view of the port's Sqala, the ocean coastline, and the medina itself, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. On the streets surrounding the Clock Tower, you will encounter some of Morocco's finest parquetry craftsmen, who skillfully work with sandarac wood using traditional techniques.

Day 11: Essaouira – El Oualidia- El Jadida– Casablanca

We Begin our journey to the city of El Jadida, which is located near the coastal road. Along the way, we will pass through the towns of Oualidia and Safi, renowned for their exquisite pottery. Finally, we will arrive in El Jadida, where we will have lunch. In the afternoon, you will have the opportunity to explore the ancient medina, a historic Portuguese fort that has been recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. It is famous for its impressive citadel and bastions. After this fascinating visit, we will continue our trip to Casablanca, the economic capital of Morocco.

Once we arrive in Casablanca, we will enjoy dinner and spend the night at a hotel.

Day 12: Casablanca – Mohammed V Airport

we will proceed to Mohammed V Airport, taking into consideration the timing of your flight. This marks the end of our services.
