Starting at Zagora, this 3 Day tour from Zagora across the desert will be an unforgettable experience. We will travel on camels, sleep in nomadic tents in the middle of the dunes or under the stars, travel in 4×4 trucks, feel the magical moment of the sunrise, and finally reach the highest dunes in Southern Morocco.

DEPARTURE TIME Please arrive by 13.00 PM for a prompt departure at 14.00 PM.
RETURN TIME Approximately 12.00 PM.
WEAR Comfortable athletic clothing, hiking boots, hat, jacket and sunscreen.
Departure from Zagora at 14:00 pm by car or taxi to Oulad Driss. The camels are waiting for your arrival, 2 hours trekking by camels towards Erg Lihoudi across the dunes and tamaris trees. Arrival at the camp. After sunset, dinner is served in the nomadic tents and an evening with local atmosphere begins. Depending on your choice, you sleep in a tent or under the stars on the dunes.
In the morning, after having breakfast we cross the Ouadi Draa by camel in a place with big dunes and tamaris trees, lunch under a big tamarisk tree. In the afternoon, departure in 4×4 to cross a major step in the hamada (rocky desert), and continuing through the track until Chegaga; the highest dunes of southern Morocco (300m), through the sacred oasis, sunset and overnight at the camp.
Sunrise is a magical moment not to be missed. You enjoy a breakfast before taking the direction of the last village in the Draa Valley, and back to Zagora. During our way, you visit the Koranic library to Tamagroute. Arrival in Zagora around noon.
