Itinerary

Day 1: Marrakech - High Atlas - Ait Benhaddou - Dades Valley

After enjoying breakfast at your hotel or riad, your private driver/guide will collect you at approximately 8 am to begin a remarkable journey that will leave a lasting impression of Morocco. As you depart, you'll be treated to breathtaking views of the lush High Atlas Mountains, adorned with traditional Berber villages nestled along its slopes. These scenic vistas provide the perfect backdrop for capturing unforgettable photographs.

Crossing the Tizi n'Tichka Pass at an elevation of 2260 meters, you'll embark on a guided walking tour of the UNESCO-listed Ait Benhaddou Village. This architectural masterpiece has served as a captivating setting for numerous national and international films, featuring renowned actors and actresses. Movies such as Gladiator, Lawrence of Arabia, The Sheltering Sky, and Kingdom of Heaven have all utilized this stunning location. Following lunch, your journey will continue through the Dades Valley, passing through Ouarzazate (known as the Hollywood of Africa), the palm oasis of Skoura, and the Valley of Roses.

Day 2: Dades Valley - Todra Gorge - Merzouga

Today's itinerary takes us to the captivating Sahara Desert of Merzouga, with a brief stop at the awe-inspiring Todra Gorge (Canyon). This towering cliff has attracted both mountain climbers and locals seeking respite from the heat, as they indulge in the cooler temperatures. Following lunch near the palm oasis of Tinejdad, we'll continue our drive through Erfoud and arrive in Merzouga. Experience a magical camel ride through the soft golden sand dunes, as we journey towards the majestic sunset. Day 3: Desert Area - Merzouga - Erg Chebbi sand
